和泉市では、東北地方太平洋沖地震で大きな被害を受けた被災地に対する救援物資の受付を平成23年4月1日（金）から始めます。
なお、被災地のニーズを調査した結果、下記の品目に限らせていただきます。
1 実施期間
平成23年4月1日（金）から4月17日（日）までの間（土日も受付します）
時間帯 午前9時から午後5時まで
2実施場所
和泉市府中町4丁目20－1 旧和泉市立和泉図書館（移転前の旧図書館です）
受付電話番号 0725-45-2050（臨時電話ですので実施期間中のみのご利用となります）
3受付品目
(1)赤ちゃん用品
粉ミルク、紙おむつ、お尻ふき、ベビーローション
※粉ミルクは賞味期限が2ヶ月以上残っているもの
(2)高齢者用品
大人用紙おむつ
(3)生活用品
下着（男女、こども用）、生理用品、歯磨きセット、使い捨てカイロ、タオル（バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオル）、ウエットティッシュ、トイレットペーパー、雨具（ビニールカッパ等）
※下着、タオル、雨具類は新品のみ受け付けます。
(4)食料品
飲料水（ペットボトル・缶）、缶ジュース、缶詰・レトルト食品（おかずとなるもの）
※食料品は、賞味期限が2ヶ月以上残っているもの

・可能な限り、一品目を収納袋、段ボール箱に梱包した状態でお持ちください。
・古着は状態の良し悪しを問わず受け付けておりません。
・上記以外の品目でも、企業、団体様、個人様からの「大口の物資」のご提供につきましては、個別に対応させていただきます。
